Save photos to a folder on your device or in iCloud Drive. Using folders can be useful if you want to organize your photos into multiple levels of categories and subcategories. Tap the folder icon to select a folder. Photos can be viewed in the Files app. Easily turn location on and off. For example, you can turn location on for vacation photos and turn it off for photos you take at home, to protect your privacy when you share photos. There will be less drain on the battery when location is turned off. Native resolution mode: In normal operation, photos taken with a dual or triple camera are scaled to the same resolution for all zoom levels. In native resolution mode, the resolution of the photo corresponds to the resolution of the individual camera. For example, you can take photos with the full 48 MP resolution of the iPhone 14 Pro's main camera and save them as HEIF or JPEG. Please note: There appears to be a bug in iPadOS that makes it impossible to create a new folder within the document picker; therefore, on iPad, new folders should be created in the Files app.
